The course will consist of four modules starting May 5, with videos, articles and audio recordings, in addition to two live video webinars, a weekly mindfulness practice, and a forum to help participants support each others’ mindfulness practice:

What To Expect
Course participants can expect four weeks of mindfulness lessons and practice:
- Course content: Each week you’ll receive videos, articles, and audio podcasts.
- Mindfulness practice: Students will be asked to do a daily mindfulness practice and report daily successes on the forum.
- Webinars: Three live video webinars will be held (May 9, 16, and 30) — two with Robert Thomas and Leo, and one with Susan O’Connell and Leo, where students will be allowed to ask questions via text chat.
- Q&A: Each week, Robert and Leo will answer questions submitted on the forum — answers will be posted on Fridays.
- Continuing practice: Students will receive a handout with mindfulness exercises they can practice beyond the course, and some suggestions for continuing mindfulness in the workplace after the course ends.
