Q: How do I register?
A: Go to the registration page, then click on the “Register Online Now” button (members getting a discount should use the registration link sent to you). You’ll be taken to the payment page on Paypal, where you can pay via credit card or a Paypal account. Please continue on back to the site (click “return to site” if necessary) to complete your registration. You’ll then need to create a username and password to access the site … and next you’ll be asked to sign up for the mailing list so you can receive email updates on the course. We promise not to spam you!

Q: I tried to register but couldn’t complete the process.
A: If you didn’t actually pay, try again. If you paid but didn’t get to create a username and password, or you did that but didn’t sign up for the mailing list, please email us at contact@zenhabits.net and we’ll get you sorted.

Q: I haven’t received my confirmation email for the mailing list.
A: You should receive a confirmation email for the mailing list — it’s important that you click the confirmation link, or you won’t be notified of new course content! Please check your spam and bulk folders — sometimes the confirmation email gets stuck in one of those places. If not, please contact us and we’ll help you out.

Q: I’m registered, everything went fine, but now what?
A: The course starts May 5 and runs for four weeks. You should have received an email with an overview of how the course will work. You’ll also receive emails when the course starts and the first week’s content is available, as well as emails letting you know when the live webinars will be.

Q. How much time PER DAY does this class take?

As little or a much as you want to put into it. We offer 1-2 videos (ranging from 5-30 minutes) and a few articles per week, so you could spend 10-15 minutes per day reading/watching the content if you want to divide it into daily chunks. We also ask you to do a daily mindfulness practice of about 5-10 minutes per day. So the minimum would be about 20-30 minutes per day. In addition, there is a forum, which you could spend time on, or not if you’re pressed for time. We have two live webinars during the course that will probably last an hour or so, but you don’t have to attend them live if you don’t want to, and can watch the recorded versions according to your schedule.

Q. Can I do it at anytime of the day or is there a specific time I must watch it?

Any time of day, with the possible exception of the live webinars — if you want to attend them live, there’s a specific time, but you can also watch the recorded versions any time.

Q. If I can’t do it in 28 days, can I “catch up” later in the year? If I can catch up, how long will I have access to the program?

Yes, you’ll have time to watch/read the content after the course is over — you’ll have access for two months after the program (through the end of July 2013), though you can also save the content onto your computer for use beyond those two months. We also encourage you to do the mindfulness practices not just during the course, but for as long as they’re useful to you.
